Same week as curbside recycle pick-up Wednesdays—5:30pm—7:00pm (except Jan– Feb) Saturdays—10:00am—12:00noon CARDBOARD & TORN/SOILED PAPER BAGS Flattened—In designated dumpsters. SCRAP METAL—All non-metal parts removed—place in roll-off container next to Shed. USED /CLEAN MOTOR OIL—Dispose of in Shed, must sign off. BATTERIES—Rechargeable– Lithium, Cadmium or Mercury or button batteries only. (Alkaline batteries can be disposed of in household trash. WHITE OFFICE PAPER— No staples, post-its or window plastic— collected in Shed. ALL FLOURESENTS—Compact & Tubes up to 6ft in length. –In Shed. CELL PHONE AND INK CARTRIDGES—In Shed Items not accepted at The Shed; Propane tanks, Auto batteries, Construction debris, Tires (except on special days), Refrigerators, microwaves, televisions or monitors or any electronic materials. NEW - The Mixed Paper/Boxboard Bin is Closed - please put curbside on recycle day. No toxic materials accepted. For hard to get rid of items, please pick up a brochure “ Odd Recycling items and possibilities” at The Town Hall or at The Recycling Shed or please call 675-5464 for more information.
