The Plainfield Recycling Shed will accept unwanted and recyclable items not normally taken at the Shed, including:

Items for a fee:

• Computer parts (including hard drives, monitors, printers, keyboards, mouses) [$0.30/lb]      
• Fax machines [$0.30/lb]     
• Televisions [$15/unit with plastic case, $20/unit with wooden case]
• Microwaves [$5/unit]
• Refrigerators, freezers, dehumidifiers, air conditioners & other appliances containing CFC’s [$20/ unit] 
• Car & light truck tires (also accepted one day in the fall) [$2/car tire, $5/light truck tire,$3 additional for each rim left on]
• Non-metal household stuff (including couches, chairs, mattresses)  [$0.10/lb or around $10/couch, $5/chair, $7.50/loveseat]

Checks & cash accepted only.
